Hobbits and Autumn and things

Since yesterday was

                 Hobbit Day  (September 22nd)





  ...and today is
               the first day of Autumn,

  ...I thought I'd put together a combined post on the subjects.  :)  Enjoy!

  Someday I will get the chance to plan in advance and host a hobbit party myself -- instead of my usual oh-it's-Hobbit-Day-and-I-missed-throwing-a-party-again...  Oops.  :P
