6 years running

  Today, this blog has been going for 6 years.  :)  And hopefully will be for many more, getting better with each one.

  In celebration of that, one of my perpetual favorite quotes, from Frederick Buechner;

Fog blanket sliding over Hurricane Ridge, Washington. (photo by Danny Seidman)   Milky Way over black tree silhouettes.
  'It is a world of magic and mystery, of deep darkness and flickering starlight.

Stag in the sunlight.   An ant at work. (by Rakesh Rocky):
  It is a world where terrible things happen and wonderful things too. It is a world where goodness is pitted against evil, love against hate, order against chaos, in a great struggle where often it is hard to be sure who belongs to which side because appearances are endlessly deceptive.

Deer running.   Powerful storm.:
  Yet... it is a world where the battle goes ultimately to the good... and where in the long run everybody... becomes known by his true name.

Pulpit Rock, Lysefjord in Rogaland, Norway.:    A sky full of stars.
  ...It not only happened once upon a time but has kept on happening ever since...
'

Blue Tit in water reflection. (by Jeffry)   Another dandelion mouse. :):
Humpback Whale breaching.:    An awe-inspiring moment.:
  'Anyone can sing in the sunshine.
         You and I should sing on when the sun has gone down or when the clouds pour out their rain, for Christ is with us.'

A snail and a flower.:    Snail in the rain --by Vyacheslav Mishchenko.

 (as always, pictures and quotes belong to their original owners, and are here only for inspiration.)
